With a state-of-the-art facility in Mysore spanning 11 acres, Premier Tissues offers complete in-house manufacturing with an 8 TPD paper mill and integrated production lines. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer, located in Kottayam. The Sales Officer will be responsible for performing daily sales operations, engaging in lead generation activities, and handling customer service inquiries. The role includes developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, executing sales strategies, and ensuring prompt communication and coordination with customers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills
Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
Knowledge of Channel Sales processes
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
Experience in the tissue or hygiene product industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
