Sales Officer

Role Overview: As a Sales Officer (SO) at Mehta Tea Pvt. Ltd. in Ujjain, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists, ensuring product availability, visibility, and display in retail outlets. In addition, you will execute market development activities, promotions, and schemes while monitoring competitor activities and providing timely market feedback. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory (Ujjain & nearby areas). - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists. - Ensure product availability, visibility, and display in retail outlets. - Execute market development activities, promotions, and schemes. - Monitor competitor activities and share timely market feedback. Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). - 3-5 years of FMCG sales experience (Tea/Detergent experience will be a plus). - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve results. - Familiarity with the Ujjain market.
