Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Business Generation: Source new business for the bank's retail products through proactive sales efforts and identifying new customer segments.  Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers for Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), credit cards, and Demat accounts.  Product Penetration: Increase penetration of fixed deposits and other banking products among existing and new customers.  Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, walk-in customers, e-mailing, and direct mailing within the designated catchment area.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring quality service delivery and handling any escalations.  Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly productivity norms and sales targets set by the bank through self-efforts and support from channels.  Compliance: Adhere strictly to Know Your Customer (KYC) norms and all other bank regulations and practices.  Market Mapping: Map out designated areas or lanes to identify new business opportunities and report progress to supervisors.  Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell other bank products to existing and new customers.
