Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall

  sales activities

  in the assigned territories (Agra & Aligarh).
• Build and maintain strong

  relationships with distributors and retailers

  .
• Drive

  primary & secondary sales

  to achieve monthly targets.
• Monitor

  competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends

  .
• Implement

  sales strategies

  , trade promotions, and schemes as per company guidelines.
• Ensure proper

  market coverage, product visibility, and availability

  .
• Handle and motivate a team of

  minimum 6 sales executives/field staff

  .
• Conduct regular

  market visits

  , route planning, team performance reviews, and reporting.
• Ensure

  timely collections

  , distributor ROI, stock management, and order flow.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in Sales (FMCG preferred).
• Mandatory experience in

  team handling

  and distributor management.
• Good understanding of

  retail & distribution network

  in AgraAligarh region.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze market data and drive effective sales actions.
• Should be willing to travel extensively within the territory.
