Sales Officer

Hi, We are hiring Sales Officer for Lotus Exotic Journeys LLP . Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer to expand our associate and agent network. The role involves daily field visits, onboarding new associates, addressing client inquiries by coordinating with the operations team, and reporting to the Head of Sales. The candidate will also be responsible for managing associates, preparing reports, and traveling to multiple locations for business expansion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new associates/agents through daily visits. Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team for service-related queries. Maintain and manage relationships with associates. Prepare and submit sales reports to the Head of Sales. Travel to multiple locations for associate recruitment and market expansion. Requirements: Experience in sales (preferably in the Insurance Industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel frequently. Proficiency in MS Office for reporting.
