Job Title: Marketing Lead (Female Candidates Only) Location: Saidapet Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Lead to lead and manage our entire marketing process. This role is ideal for a passionate individual who excels in campaign planning, social media strategy, content oversight, and brand development. The candidate will also play a key role in generating leads and presenting marketing strategies to other business verticals. Key Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the entire marketing process from strategy to execution. Manage and grow the company’s presence across all social media platforms . Plan, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns to drive business objectives. Review, approve, and guide content creation for all marketing activities to ensure brand alignment. Create and deliver presentations to support marketing efforts in other verticals within the organization. Execute and monitor lead generation strategies to support sales teams. Spearhead brand development initiatives , ensuring consistency and visibility in all marketing communications. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business needs. Maintain excellent communication with internal teams and external partners. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing management and campaign execution. Strong knowledge of social media strategy and lead generation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results. Only female candidates will be considered for this role.
