Job Summary:
A Travel Consultant is responsible for planning, organizing, and booking customized travel experiences for clients. This includes preparing detailed itineraries, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements that meet client preferences and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences.
• Design and prepare customized travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Book and coordinate travel services such as flights, hotels, tours, and car rentals.
• Manage relationships with travel vendors and negotiate rates and service agreements.
• Handle travel changes, cancellations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination requirements, and industry developments.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with travel booking and itinerar preparation.
• Experience in vendor negotiation and relationship management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in the travel industry preferred.
