Role Description

The Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane. The role involves driving sales of banking products and services, building relationships with customers, and achieving specified sales targets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Sales Officer is expected to promote and cross-sell banking products and services effectively while adhering to the bank's policies and compliance regulations.
