Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Prepare sales reports and present performance updates. Coordinate with operations and management for smooth business execution. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales (courier/logistics industry preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure. Good leadership and team-handling capabilities. Basic knowledge of computers & CRM tools.
