Job Description

Job Title: SALES OFFICER ( ERNAKULAM, KOTTAYAM, TRISSUR )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs and concerns and address them effectively.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Have a deep understanding of the products or services being offered.
  • Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct sales presentations to showcase products or services.
  • Highlight key features and demonstrate how they meet customer needs.
  • Quoting and Negotiation:
  • Provide price quotes and negotiate terms of sale.
  • Handle objections and address customer concerns to close deals.
  • Closing Deals:
  • Work towards achieving sales targets and quotas.
  • Use effective closing techniques to secure sales.
  • CRM (Customer Relationship Management):
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor sales activities.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
  • Post-Sale Support:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Address any issues or concerns that may arise after the sale is completed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
