Job Title: SALES OFFICER ( ERNAKULAM, KOTTAYAM, TRISSUR ) Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers. Understand customer needs and concerns and address them effectively. Product/Service Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the products or services being offered. Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations to showcase products or services. Highlight key features and demonstrate how they meet customer needs. Quoting and Negotiation: Provide price quotes and negotiate terms of sale. Handle objections and address customer concerns to close deals. Closing Deals: Work towards achieving sales targets and quotas. Use effective closing techniques to secure sales. CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and monitor sales activities. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline updates. Post-Sale Support: Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Address any issues or concerns that may arise after the sale is completed. Key Skills and Qualifications: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective customer interactions. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals. Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold.
