Job Description

Hello,

We are hiring for Sales Officer for Leading FMCG Brand

Location: Kolhapur

Experience: 5 Years & Above

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: 4 LPA to 5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong distribution channels in Kolhapur and nearby regions.
Appoint and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers for tea products.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase product penetration and visibility.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure product availability, proper display, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
Build and maintain good relationships with trade partners and customers.
Handle collections and ensure timely payments from the trade.
Conduct promotional activities, trade meets, and consumer connect programs.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to management.
