Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The role involves managing primary & secondary sales, building strong distributor and retailor network and driving Growth for Girnar at the PCMC region pune.
Experience: 4 Yrs 6 Yrs
Salary: 4LPA to 5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
Appoint, manage, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Ensure product availability and visibility across general trade and modern trade outlets.
Plan and execute market activation activities, product sampling, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Track secondary sales, outlet expansion, and product penetration in the territory.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the sales manager.
Train and motivate retailers/distributors for better product push and brand awareness
