? Spearheaded direct supply chains for key e-commerce accounts such as Blinkit and Big Basket, improving delivery efficiency.
? Established inventory tracking systems for major platforms like Amazon, Swiggy, Blinkit, Big Basket, and Zepto, ensuring weekly accuracy and compliance.
? Business development and revenue maximization
? Strategic planning and cross-functional team leadership
? Process automation and logistics management
? Digital marketing and ecommerce operations
? Vendor negotiations and customer relationship management
