Roles & Responsibilities:

Driving the P&L with Top line & Bottom line KPIs focused on Revenue, Growth, Working Capital, Gross & Net Profit by managing key levers of Assortment, Pricing, Availability & On-App Merchandising

Built category functions from scratch including city-wise product masters, streamlined replenishments and optimized cataloguing for best in class consumer experience

• Designed GTM strategy of new brand launches to maximize sales throughput across different stages of consumer funnel and across different cohorts of users

Designed framework to maximize the ROI spend of brands by analyzing critical parameters of price elasticity, brand visibility & performance marketing

On-boarded leading manufacturers & D2C brands at best possible gross margin during nascent stage of the business.

• Designed Sampling Playbook by executing sampling drives on key events to win consumer wallet share via occasion led events

Mentored team members comprising entry level executives & category managers on scaling business by identifying key levers and setting up automated dashboards to review critical business metrics
