Provide training and induction to new joinees of all levels in the zone. Increased sales throughput by imparting interactive online, offline and on-the-job trainings to the field force. Data modelling of sales data to identify area-wise growth opportunities & publish a targeted database Regular review and manage the sales team to drive KPIs. Good communication and People skills.
