As a Sales Officer, Bulk at our company, your role will involve managing the assigned territory to maximize revenue and profitability through Key Account Management and Acquisition of new clients. You will report to the Regional Manager- Sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading prospection to generate new opportunities - Promoting selected AL solution to potential and existing AL customers - Organizing with business development for opportunity development - Planning and organizing visits according to the objectives - Developing and leveraging relationships at both commercial and technical levels within customer organization - Ensuring market visibility and managing development planning - Defending existing customer base against competition (gas or non-gas) - Managing customer pricing - Monitoring competitor activities obtained as per guide To be a successful candidate for this position, you should possess the following qualities: - Team orientation - Flexibility and adaptability - Ability to align performance for success - Ability to build strategic working relationships - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence - Ability to gain commitment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Professional presentation and ability to adapt style accordingly to suit the environment - Optimistic and enthusiastic temperament - Ownership of personal 4-wheeler vehicle and openness to 70-80% travel Educational Requirements: - BE Graduate in Mech / Production / Metallurgy / Chemical Required Experience: - 5-8 years with Relevant Experience and proven track records Additionally, at Air Liquide, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, customers, patients, community stakeholders, and cultures across the world.
