As a Sales Executive at Amala Food Products, your role will involve achieving monthly sales and marketing targets assigned by the management. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new retail outlets and potential sales points through proactive field visits. Conducting daily market visits as per the predefined monthly visit calendar is crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business and supporting retail partners in increasing product visibility and in-store sales are key responsibilities. Monitoring competitor activities and market trends and providing timely feedback to the management will be essential. Your participation in internal audits and active contribution to team meetings and planning sessions is expected. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good physical and mental health, with a proactive and positive approach. - Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude. - Ability to present products effectively and negotiate deals confidently. - Willingness to travel for field visits regularly.
