Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets as assigned by the management.
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets and potential sales points through proactive field visits.
• Conduct daily market visits as per the predefined monthly visit calendar.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from partner stores.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
• Support retail partners in increasing product visibility and in-store sales.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends; provide timely feedback to the management.
• Participate in internal audits and actively contribute to team meetings and planning sessions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good physical and mental health, with a proactive and positive approach.
• Friendly personality with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to present products effectively and negotiate deals confidently.
• Willingness to travel for field visits regularly.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Package: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month + TA&DA+ Incentive
