Key Responsibilities: · Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and equipment. · Troubleshoot electrical faults in machinery, control panels, and power systems. · Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical/electronic systems. · Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. · Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies. · Support production by responding promptly to breakdowns and electrical/electronic issues. · Inspect and test electrical systems using tools such as multimeters and testers. · Work on motor control systems, drives (VFDs), PLCs, lighting systems, and switchgear. · Maintain documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules. · Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance staff to ensure efficient plant operations. · Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor control, and safety procedures. · Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. · Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns. · Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food industry standards. · Familiarity with energy-saving and preventive maintenance programs. · Experience in the food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries. · Ability to work independently and within a team. · Basic knowledge of automation systems, networking, and low-voltage control systems. Qualifications and Skills: · Diploma/B Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. · 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance (preferably in manufacturing/FMCG/food industry).
