1. Achieve assigned primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territories.
2. Manage and grow business through existing distributors, retailers, and key outlets.
3. Assist in identifying and onboarding new distributors and retail partners to expand distribution.
4. Ensure timely replenishment and stock rotation.
5. Ensure strict adherence to credit/payment norms and timely collections.
6. Report daily sales performance, route coverage, market penetration, and beat adherence.
7. Coordinate with marketing and sales operations to ensure seamless service.
8. Resolve customer / distributor / retail outlet issues promptly.
9. Ensure visibility and in-store sales promotions as per policy.
10. Regularly collect and share market feedback, competitor data, and insights from customers.
