Sales Merchandiser

As a B2B Sales Manager at DVK HANDICRAFT in Vaishali Nagar, your role involves driving business growth by acquiring and managing wholesale and corporate clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing B2B sales strategies, identifying and approaching new clients, building strong relationships, negotiating deals, and collaborating with production and logistics teams. Your success will be measured by achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing regular sales reports and insights to management. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to expand the client base. - Identify and approach new wholesale buyers, distributors, and corporate clients. - Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and international buyers. - Negotiate pricing, contracts, and bulk order deals to maximize profitability. - Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - Research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. - Represent DVK HANDICRAFT at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events. - Achieve and exceed sales targets by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads. - Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in handicrafts, textiles, or home dcor exports. - Strong negotiation and business development skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and trade shows.
