Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele-calling Executive to generate B2B sales and build strong client relationships for DVK Handicraft. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the handicraft industry, and the ability to identify and convert sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients such as retailers, wholesale buyers, and corporate clients.
Understand client needs and present suitable product offerings from DVK Handicraft.
Follow up with prospects, handle objections, and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
Provide information about products, pricing, and order process to clients.
Gather market intelligence and feedback to improve product offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales or tele-calling, preferably in handicrafts or similar industry.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Good data entry and CRM skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the handicraft industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Fluency in English and local languages.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
