: Sales and Marketing Trainee — Remote (India)We are hiring an early-career Sales & Marketing Trainee to join a remote-first sales and growth team. This is an entry-level, paid trainee programme ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to digital marketing, e-commerce sales, and customer acquisition with fast career progression into Sales Executive or Marketing Associate roles.Role & Responsibilities
- Support lead-generation campaigns across social, email, and affiliate channels and qualify inbound leads for the sales pipeline.
- Manage day-to-day CRM activities: log interactions, update contact records, and follow up on pending leads to improve conversion velocity.
- Create and schedule social media posts, product copy, and simple visual assets using templates to maintain channel cadence and engagement.
- Assist with email campaigns—build lists, run A/B tests, and monitor open/click metrics to optimise messaging.
- Perform basic campaign performance analysis using Google Analytics and platform insights; prepare weekly performance summaries for the growth team.
- Collaborate with customer support to capture feedback, track objections, and feed insights back into product and marketing experiments.

Additional Qualifications

- Comfortable working remote full-time across India Standard Time (IST); reliable internet and a quiet workspace required.
