This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for services. Eligible to work on complete sales cycle. Includes generating cold calls to get payments from the client. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive business growth. Present tailored solutions to clients, aligning with their risk management and sustainability needs. Organize and participate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote Sparrow RMS s solutions and services. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Work closely with internal teams (Software, engineering, and sustainability) to ensure a seamless client experience.
