Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and manage our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic marketing and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for sales staff. Marketing: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events). Collaborate with advertising agencies and media partners to promote property listings. Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Strategic Planning & Reporting: Develop annual sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management. Coordinate with project and development teams to align marketing with inventory and timelines. Requirements: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools. Preferred Qualifications: In Marketing or related discipline.
