As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will also oversee budget management and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment, ensuring the organization maintains its competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the medical devices industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including CRM software and social media platforms.
