Sales & Marketing Manager

As the General Manager - Sales and Marketing at Olive Resort, a leading hospitality group in Central India, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue, exploring new market opportunities, and fostering strategic partnerships. Working closely with the marketing team, you will create and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Your role will also involve overseeing the sales team, providing guidance and support, and monitoring sales performance to analyze market trends. In addition to managing the sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key clients, resolving any customer issues or complaints, and preparing detailed sales reports for senior management. This full-time position is based in Abhyankar Nagar, Nagpur, and requires a Bachelor's degree along with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
