Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaking) to lead our international sales operations, with a strong focus on Chinese-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, managing key client accounts, and promoting our minerals processing solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in the domestic and international markets, especially China.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor analysis, and global market trends.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and meetings with international clients.
  • Manage digital marketing activities including website updates, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Ensure excellent communication with clients in Mandarin, both verbal and written.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–4years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the minerals, chemical, or industrial sector.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling international clients and export documentation is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Strong cultural awareness when dealing with Chinese clients and partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
