Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Pune. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing the sales team. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. The role also involves monitoring market trends and competitive activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sales strategy development and execution
• Experience in marketing campaign management and market research
• Proficiency in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Analytical skills for preparing sales forecasts and monitoring market trends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the heavy engineering industry is an advantage
