Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead Marine Engine sales in India, driving business with shipyards, defense agencies, port authorities, and commercial operators. The role also includes developing BOSCH marine product sales (B2B & B2C) and supporting vessel propulsion sales for Kian Shipbuilding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of marine diesel engines, propulsion systems, and related equipment.

  • Develop market share in defense, paramilitary, commercial shipping, and inland waterways.

  • Build & manage online (B2C) and offline (B2B) sales for BOSCH marine products.

  • Collaborate with Kian Shipbuilding on propulsion packages for vessel projects.

  • Achieve sales targets and grow strategic client accounts.

Requirements:

  • 5–12 years in marine engine or propulsion system sales.

  • Strong industry network in marine & shipbuilding sectors.

  • Knowledge of IMO Tier II/III compliance and hybrid propulsion.

  • Experience with OEMs such as Cummins, Kirloskar, Caterpillar, MTU, Volvo Penta, Wärtsilä, Bosch (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
