Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive with a passion for interiors and client interaction. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, customer engagement, and project conversion while working closely with the design and execution teams. Key ResponsibilitiesSalesEngage with prospective clients through inbound and outbound channels (calls, walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries). Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, explain service offerings, and showcase past work. Convert qualified leads into sales by building trust and offering customized solutions. Coordinate site visits and design presentations with the design team. Follow up regularly to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets. MarketingSupport digital marketing campaigns by collaborating with the marketing team (social media, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, etc.). Attend exhibitions, events, and partner collaborations to generate leads. Collect customer testimonials and project photos for marketing purposes. Conduct local market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activity. CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate client data, follow-up status, and deal progress in CRM tools. Provide regular reports on lead status, sales pipeline, and marketing performance. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field. 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in home interiors, real estate, or home furnishings. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for interior design and an eye for aesthetics. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
