As part of our expansion, we are looking to hire Sales & Marketing Managers for our Insulation Division in KOLKATA & DELHI_NCR Location Candidates with experience in the insulation, pre-engineered building (PEB), or construction industry are preferred. However, freshers with strong communication skills and a passion are also encouraged to apply. Roles and Responsibilities – Sales & Marketing Manager • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote insulation products in the pre-engineered buildings (PEB), construction, and infrastructure sectors. • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events. • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams. • Conduct client visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to enhance sales. • Monitor market activities, market trends, and customer needs to refine product positioning and strategy. • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management. ⸻ Eligibility: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Candidates from construction materials, insulation, PEB, or building systems background preferred. • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
