Sales Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leasing / Marketing Manager with 5-11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-rise residential, commercial, and mall leasing.

• Develop and implement strategic leasing and marketing plans for high-rise residential and commercial properties.
• Identify potential tenants, conduct site visits, and manage negotiations.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and legal teams to close lease agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process from lead generation to agreement closure.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to attract tenants.
• Ensure timely documentation and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and key stakeholders, providing regular reports on occupancy, leasing pipeline, and revenue targets.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing within the real estate industry.
• MBA/PGDM degree required.
• Possess strong skills in sales, real estate sales, marketing, and MBA marketing.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
