About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of experience, preferably from the hospitality or hotel brand ecosystem. Someone who knows how hotels grow, how brands are built, and how B2B relationships drive real business. You’ll work on everything that shapes our visibility — brand building, B2B networking, offline marketing, partnerships, and storytelling.

What You’ll Handle

• Brand building for boutique hotels and resorts
• Leading both digital and offline marketing
• B2B sales and marketing: networking, market visits, brand tie-ups
• Meetings with travel agents, corporates, wedding planners, and event partners
• Managing corporate and B2B relationships end-to-end
• Driving ancillary services, experiences, and partnerships
• Content planning, photoshoots, campaigns, seasonal promotions
• Ensuring every marketing touchpoint looks, feels, and communicates WOW STAYZ2

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality/hotels
• Someone who has worked with hotel brands and built brand presence
• Strong B2B understanding — travel trade, corporate bookings, events, partnerships
• Comfortable with offline marketing, networking, and face-to-face interactions
• Good with storytelling, visuals, communication, and brand thinking
• A person who enjoys freedom, takes ownership, and works hands-on with small teams
