Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves driving sales growth, managing leads, enhancing brand presence, and building strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and community stakeholders.


Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads; provide timely follow-ups.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents and families.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable living solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, hospitals, doctors, and referral partners.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new residents.


Marketing Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Coordinate with digital teams for social media, website, and ad campaigns.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs.
  • Support content creation for brochures, ads, and promotional materials.
  • Track marketing performance and suggest improvements.
  • Build brand visibility across local markets and partner networks.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Healthcare, or Hospitality (preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and handle customer queries with empathy.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Comfortable working on weekends (with weekly offs adjusted).
