Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, self-driven, and strategic sales and marketing to lead our domestic business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales in the electrical, electronics, or automotive sector and be ready to take on challenges in scaling our market reach. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Identify new B2B opportunities in domestic and international markets and expand customer base. Drive OEM business growth across sectors such as LED, solar, EV, telecom, and industrial enclosures. Build, lead, and mentor a sales and marketing team to deliver consistent revenue growth. Manage key accounts and maintain long-term business relationships. Monitor competition and market trends to devise effective strategies. Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Regularly report sales performance metrics to management. Coordinate with the R&D and production teams for custom client requirements and technical solutions. Candidate Profile: B.Tech / Diploma (Engineering) or Graduation with specialization in Marketing/Sales. Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in B2B sales in Electrical, Electronics, or Automotive industries . Proven ability to drive business growth and handle high-value corporate clients. Exposure to international markets or exports is a strong advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Must be result-oriented, adaptable, and open to taking on challenges.
