Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth & Business Expansion
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and explore new markets and territories for expansion.
• Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and partnerships.
• Vendor & Partner Management
• Build and manage relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
• Client & Customer Engagement
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee customer feedback and ensure service excellence.
• Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and mentor a growing sales and marketing team.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technical, operations) to align strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
