We are expanding our market presence and looking for passionate professionals to lead our regional sales operations. Job Responsibilities • Achieve sales targets and expand the distribution network in the assigned territory. • Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and sales representatives. • Develop strong relationships with retailers and channel partners. • Monitor sales performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports. • Conduct market visits to ensure product visibility and availability. • Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies. • Conduct promotional activities, trade shows, and field campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or spice product sales. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
