Candidates having experience in a similar industry (Heat Exchanger & Pressure Vessels) shall only apply

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Engineer of Process Equipment like Heat Exchangers, Reactors, Columns, Pressure Vessels. Shall have good industry connects.
Very strong written, oral communication skills.
Knowledge of costing for Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Reactors, Agitators, and Distillation Columns used in Process Industries like Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemical, Food, and Beverage.
Ability to interpret engineering documentation such as drawings, specifications, scope of works, etc.
Mechanical Design knowledge of the above equipment.
Knowledge of statutory requirements, U Stamp, TEMA, CE/PED.
Feasibility study of manufacturing
Knowledge of various materials of construction (MOC) used in fabrication.
Knowledge of various manufacturing processes involved in equipment fabrication.
Shall have good contacts with resources for raw materials, bought-out items.
Knowledge for calculating project lead-time.
Shall be able to calculate the manpower requirement for manufacturing.
Shall be able to identify the Critical points in manufacturing and incorporate that in estimation.
Shall be aware of commercial terms in quotations and proposals.
Assist the Sales Team on technical matters and costing during the process of securing the contract.
Attend the technical meeting with clients during the tendering process.
Prepare handover report for the awarded project and follow through Post Order Correspondence
Monitors current competitive prices, new techniques, and cost trends.
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail within calculations, checking, and summarizing.
Teamwork abilities.
