Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead our growth across all markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales performance, manage marketing campaigns, build strong teams, and elevate our brand presence at a state and national level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
• Develop high-impact marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Plan and execute digital, print, and on-ground marketing campaigns.
• Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Oversee lead generation, funnel management, and conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with project, design, and management teams for launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and corporate clients.
• Improve customer experience from inquiry to post-sales.
• Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• 5–15 years of experience in sales & marketing; real estate experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Goal-driven, analytical, and strategic mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,535.86 per month
