Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead promotional efforts, generate leads, and build brand visibility across our product segments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation in the Field: Identify and approach potential customers through door-to-door marketing, local networking, and participation in community events.

Local Market Development: Build relationships with dealers, builders, architects, and electricians to generate referrals and expand market reach.

On-Site Assessments: Conduct basic site surveys to understand customer requirements for CCTV, solar, or automation installations and coordinate with the technical team for proposals.

Brand Visibility: Distribute brochures, install promotional materials, and represent the brand at local exhibitions, tech fairs, and awareness campaigns.

Client Visits & Product Demonstrations: Regularly visit homes, offices, and commercial sites to demonstrate products such as CCTV systems, home automation setups, solar panels, and computing solutions.

Customer Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and convert inquiries into sales.

Competitor Tracking: Monitor local competitors’ pricing, offers, and service quality to provide feedback for strategic adjustments.

Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and timely execution of installations.

Daily Reporting: Submit daily field activity reports, lead status updates, and customer feedback to the marketing manager.

Digital Marketing: Manage social media, SEO, and online advertising to boost brand presence and customer engagement.

Field Promotions: Organize and participate in local events, expos, and product demonstrations to attract potential customers.

Content Creation: Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, and product videos.

Soft Skills

Creativity & Initiative: Brings fresh ideas and takes ownership of marketing projects.

Tech Savvy: Comfortable promoting technical products and explaining features to customers.

Team Collaboration: Works well with sales, service, and management teams to achieve shared goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
