Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client meetings, and field visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned region.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical support, and timely deliveries.
• Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and competitor activities.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on client visits, inquiries, and sales progress.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in industrial products, automation, or construction-related fields).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
