Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, client visits, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for repeat business and feedback.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management review.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Contribute to digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Support brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and awareness in the market.
• Conduct market research to analyze competitors, customer needs, and emerging trends.
• Develop content for promotional materials, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, accounts, customer support) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and marketing principles.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication and marketing aptitude may also be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
