Job Description

Sellers Hub is a fast-growing distribution company specializing in imported chocolates, premium coffees, and international cool drinks. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and services to retail outlets, supermarkets, cafés, and HORECA sectors. We're now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales cum Marketing Manager to lead our expansion and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Distribution:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities across supermarkets, cafés, and retail chains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
  • Lead a sales team, setting targets and providing performance support.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal drives.
  • Handle digital marketing efforts (social media, email, WhatsApp marketing, etc.).
  • Coordinate in-store branding and promotional activities.
  • Manage brand positioning and visibility in the market.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
  • Work closely with management on pricing, offers, and promotional planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for business development.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of distribution networks and retail environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
