We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and help expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients’ homes, offices, and project sites to understand their interior requirements.
• Present and demonstrate interior decoration products suited to customer needs and budgets.
• Prepare and share quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize sales deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and end customers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
• Follow up with clients for order confirmation, delivery coordination, and post-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in Interior Products, Real Estate, Building Materials, or Manufacturing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and site meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
• Qualification: Graduate (Marketing / Business / Interior Design background preferred).
