Role & Responsibilities First point of contact for customers visiting the showroom / office — greeting visitors with a warm, professional attitude. Handling incoming communications: answering phone calls; responding to emails and messages; directing inquiries to the right department. Assisting customers with product information: explaining different steel doors / steel windows options; giving quotations; helping with order processing. Coordinating logistics: scheduling appointments (e.g. site measurements, installations); following up on orders; tracking deliveries. Administrative tasks: data entry; filing; maintaining records (orders, payments, customer details); issuing receipts. Maintaining reception / front‑office appearance: ensuring reception area is clean, organized, presentable. Handling customer complaints or feedback politely, referring issues to managers or technical teams when needed. Liaising with internal teams (sales, manufacturing, installation, warehouse) to ensure communication is smooth. Qualities & Skills Strong communication skills: polite, clear, and able to explain technical details (product materials, finishes, etc.) in simple terms. Good interpersonal skills: friendly, approachable, patient. Especially with customers who may not know steel‑door/steel‑window technical aspects. Neat and professional appearance; good posture, good grooming — since this is a customer‑facing role. Organized and able to multitask: juggling calls, walk‑ins, emails, paperwork. Prioritizing well. Basic computer skills: proficiency in MS Office or similar; possibly ability to use quote / order management or CRM software. Attention to detail: ensuring orders are correctly documented, measurements are accurate, payments recorded properly.
