Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement strategic sales plans

   to exceed revenue targets in the QSR and HORECA channels.
• Identify and build strong 

  B2B relationships

   with hotels, cafés, restaurant chains, caterers, corporate canteens, and institutional buyers.
• Drive 

  lead generation

   through networking, cold calling, industry referrals, and participation in key F&B expos and trade events.

• Collaborate with marketing

   to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns, menu rollouts, and product launches.
• Analyze 

  industry and market trends

   to identify sales opportunities and gaps for expansion.
• Regularly prepare and present 

  sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports

   to senior leadership.

• Negotiate contracts and pricing

   with clients to close profitable, long-term deals.
• Represent the QSR brand at 

  industry events, tastings, expos, and trade shows

   to enhance visibility and partnerships.
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in 

  QSR, FMCG, or HORECA B2B sales

  .
• Strong network in the 

  hospitality and institutional foodservice industry

   is a big plus.
• Proven track record of achieving 

  sales KPIs

   and 

  client retention

  .
• Excellent 

  communication, negotiation, and presentation

   skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
