Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, event companies, and food businesses (cafes, restaurants, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients. Follow up on leads, attend client meetings, and conduct product presentations/demos. Marketing Responsibilities:Plan and implement marketing campaigns (online & offline) to increase product visibility. Coordinate with the design team for marketing materials like brochures, catalogues, and digital content. Manage the company’s social media platforms and participate in trade shows and exhibitions. Analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements. Gather customer feedback to support product improvement and innovation. Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or packaging industry. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and travel for client meetings.
