In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components. Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in machinery and building systems. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes. Assist with equipment installations, office moves, or remodeling projects as needed. Overseeing that the inventory is maintained of all the equipment and resources and ensure that they are stocked. Job Specifications - Tertiary qualification master's or Bachelors in Pharmacy, Good knowledge of OSD and Liquid Formulations Prior experience with production as a Manager. In-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
